Dr Barry Flintoft

Dr Flintoft qualified as a social worker and worked in mental health services in North East Lincolnshire for twenty years. During that time he held various roles including care coordinator, training manager and senior manager. He completed a professional doctorate in mental health recovery and employment. He was also part of the team that moved services into NAViGO and was the Executive Director of Operations before taking a career break to circumnavigate. Now Dr Flintoft is a self-employed therapist, trainer and sailing instructor.
