All of our training is delivered by specialist Trainers with extensive experience and can be delivered at your premises, a venue of choice or at our training facilities in Grimsby. A warm North East Lincolnshire welcome awaits.

We believe that training should be interactive, engaging and thought-provoking. Here are some examples of what we can deliver for you:
•    The reasons why people may display behaviours of concern – every behaviour serves a purpose
•    Practical tools to support positive person-centred care
•    Practical, long, medium and short-term individual specific prevention strategies
•    Physical intervention and release techniques.

Once we’ve delivered our training to you, we don’t just pack up and walk away. We’re here to fully support your organisation with day-to-day advice and guidance. There’s no extra charge for this, it’s all included in what we offer.
