Train the Trainer course for schools and education
Developing confident in-house trainers in crisis prevention, de‑escalation and least‑restriction practice
A confidence‑building programme for schools and trusts who want to grow their own internal training capacity and create a consistent, trauma‑informed approach across their setting.
This four‑day course helps future trainers understand their own learning preferences and recognise the different ways colleagues take in information.
